Meet Your Coaches: Casey & Emily Spencer
Casey and Emily Spencer are passionate CrossFit coaches dedicated to helping their community live healthier lives.
Emily Spencer is a CF-L1 trainer with a special focus on helping women, particularly mothers, find balance in their health and fitness journey. She understands the unique challenges of motherhood and provides expert guidance on nutrition and exercise to help women reclaim time for themselves.
With over a decade of personal experience in CrossFit, Casey Spencer has been coaching since 2015. Having guided thousands of people through hundreds of classes, he brings a wealth of experience to every session.
Together, they are committed to fighting the growing health issues in their community by providing expert coaching and a supportive environment where members can become healthier than they ever thought possible.
